Vadodara (Gujarat) – Aarti and Hanuman Chalisa are being played on loudspeakers twice a day in 108 temples in Vadodara. The local organisation ‘Mission Ram Setu’ has taken this initiative. Last year too, the organisation had distributed loudspeakers to some temples in the holy month of Shravan. These efforts are being commended through social media with the demand to take such initiative in every city of the country.

The loudspeakers were distributed on the first Monday of Shravan at the Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple at Kalaghoda in the city. Some BJP office bearers were also present during the distribution of loudspeakers. Deep Agarwal, President of ‘Mission Ram Setu’, said that devotees can listen to Aarti and Hanuman Chalisa even while sitting at home, and hence, loudspeakers have been installed. The rules of the pandemic prevent people from going to the temple, and so, they can stay at home and take advantage of the Aarti being played on loudspeakers.
