Distribution of various Awards by ‘Hindu Ecosystem’
New Delhi – “Samvidhan ke Rakshak Awards are being given on the Birth Anniversary of Shyamaprasad Mukherjee, who had presented the concept of ‘One Nation, one Emblem and one Constitution’. He fought for this concept and even laid down his life for achieving this goal. Today, ‘Hindu Ecosystem’ organisation has given me this opportunity to honour the Advocates who have been fighting for the protection of the Nation & Dharma. I could learn about their activities, which I consider my good fortune”, said Union Minister Giriraj Singh during a programme held at his residence by ‘Hindu Ecosystem’ for conferring the ‘Samvidhan ke Rakshak’ Award to advocates who have done remarkable work for the protection of the Nation & Dharma.
The Award was given to Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar (National President of ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad [HVP]) for his outstanding work and to Adv. Ashwani Dubey. Adv. Ashwini Upadhyaya was honoured with the ‘Shyamaprasad Mukerjee’ Award on the occasion.
The programme was attended by Mr. Kapil Mishra (BJP leader and President of ‘Hindu Ecosystem’), Mr. Rajesh Goyal, Mr. Dinesh Mehta (a devout Hindu businessman from Mumbai), Mr. Shriram Luktuke (of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti [HJS]) and Ms. Kritika Khatri (New Delhi Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha). Adv. Monica Arora was also conferred the ‘Samvidhan ke Rakshak’ Award.
‘Hindu Ecosystem’ must defeat terrorism existing at the ideological level : Adv. Virendra Ichalkaranjikar
“The issues Hindus are tolerating, including that of urban Naxal Fr. Stan Swamy, is an effect of terrorism at the ideological level. Some people who follow Communist ideology returned their Awards and created a bad environment after Dabholkar-Pansare murders, and made it look as if there was peace after Gandhi’s murder !
These people do not talk of the 14,000 people murdered in cold blood by the Naxals. We have become insensitive to such incidents. We do not feel anything about people being murdered by Naxals. We need to fight such incidents at the ideological level and stop them.”
‘Hindu Ecosystem’ should take up activities such as filing Public Interest Litigations : Adv. Ashwini Upadhyaya
Adv. Ashwini Upadhyaya, who has filed more than 100 PILs in the Supreme Court, said that many people should join in filing PILs. “In some PILs filed by me, if other advocates also join in, it will definitely benefit. ‘Hindu Ecosystem’ should try to make efforts in this direction. Today, I do not have any private practice. Hence, the Award and the prize money I have received have increased my morale”, he said.
Don’t forget that Fr. Stan Swamy was one of the accused in hatching a plot to kill PM Modi : Adv. Ashwani Dubey
Adv. Ashwani Dubey is practising in the Supreme Court. He said that the mission undertaken by BJP leader Kapil Mishra through ‘Hindu Ecosystem’ is very important and he has been with him right from the beginning.
“Fr. Stan Swamy’s death in custody, is being projected as a murder committed by the Court, which is completely wrong. We should remember that Fr. Stan Swamy was involved in hatching a plot to kill Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We need to understand its seriousness”, he added.
