Varanasi (UP) – Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath at an event. The PM said, ‘Yogi Adityanath is taking a lot of effort for Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi Adityanath has made Uttar Pradesh a State with the rule of law. Prime Minister toured Uttar Pradesh on 15th July. He inaugurated many new events during this visit.
It is not as if schemes were not brought for UP before 2017, it is not as if money was not released. We were given the opportunity to serve you in 2014, even at that time, swift efforts were made from Delhi. Prime Minister Modi further stated,
- Before 2017, when funds were sent for Uttar Pradesh by the Central Government, there were obstacles in Lucknow. Now, Yogiji is making a lot of effort. He visits each District and keeps an eye on every development. Therefore, you see that Uttar Pradesh is changing.
- Mafia rule and growing terrorism are now controlled by the law. Criminals have now understood that they cannot escape the law. Uttar Pradesh Government is free from corruption and family hierarchy.
- The population is higher than some of the countries in the world. Still, the UP Government and people have faced the second wave of coronavirus bravely.
