New Delhi – ‘As the 2nd wave of coronavirus seems to slow down, the State Governments have started relaxing the restrictions. People are returning to the streets and market places’, expressed the Union Home Ministry and the Union Health Ministry in a meeting. The fear was expressed in the meeting, ‘if relaxing the restrictions lead to breaking the rules related to coronavirus it would invite the 3rd wave sooner and it would be a disastrous.’ The Union Health Ministry has ordered all the States to follow the coronavirus guidelines. The State Secretaries have been asked to take the strict action against those who violate the lockdown rules. (Since the strict action is not taken against those who violate the rules, others do not have any fear of the law. Thus, Police and Administration are responsible for such situation. – Editor)
