New Delhi – ‘Corona is not a disease. If it were a disease, there would have been some cure for it. Corona is a crisis caused by wrong decisions of the Central Government. Crying and seeking pardon before Allah will end the crisis’, said Samajwadi Party’s MP S T Hasan .

‘Covid crisis is the result of crimes committed by the Central Government’ – Shafiqur Rahman Burke, MP, Samajwadi Party

After MP Hasan’s bizarre statement, another Samajwadi Party MP Shafiqur Rahman Burke has made a similar statement. Burke said, ‘In addition to tampering with the Sharia law, the current Central Government has committed crimes like mob lynching, rape, etc. which has resulted into a major crisis like Covid. (It should not be a wrong statement if anybody claims that Covid is a result of cow slaughter, love jihad, land jihad, attacks on Hindu temples, etc. – Editor) We had sought Government’s permission for Muslims to pray in mosques and madarasas. But the Government did not listen to us. It is due to these mistakes that several issues are piled up today.’ (If this is the case, should it mean that the Covid crisis in Pakistan, Afghanistan and the middle east countries is the result of jihadi terrorism which carries out bomb blasts in mosques, genocide of the minorities, etc.? – Editor)
