
Ramnathi (Goa) – The 86th Saint of Sanatan Sanstha, H.H. (Smt.) Shalini Mainkar (Age 92) who possessed Divine virtues of humility and Priti (Spiritual love without any expectations) and intense bhav (Spiritual emotion) towards Paratpar Guru (Dr.) Athavale renounced Her body on 11th May at 1.38 p.m. She was originally from Vasco (Goa) and was residing in Sanatan’s Ramnathi Ashram till recently. Her granddaughter Ms. Sonal Joshi is a full-time seeker in Sanatan’s Ramnathi Ashram, while her daughters Mrs. Anuradha Purohit, Mrs. Medha Joshi and Mrs. Sudha Joshi also perform spiritual practice.
Basically, with a sattvik nature and low ego, H.H. Shalini Mainkar endured every difficult situation in with patience. She accepted every incident as God’s wish and taught everyone how to practice Spirituality. Her spiritual practice continued intern-ally by remaining at the Holy feet of God despite being in worldly life. She proved that with humility, Priti and non-attachment, one can progress fast spiritually while living in the world.

In the 2 years She was in Ramnathi Ashram, She showered love on seekers. Through Her seva, seekers obtained Chaitanya (Divine consciousness) and many benefits at the spiritual level.
