Instead of each state separately enacting anti-love jihad laws, the central government should form a uniform law across India !
Ahmadabad (Gujarat) – Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani announced in a public gathering that in order to prohibit kidnapping and conversion of Hindu girls the government is going to enact an anti-love jihad law in the state. Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, both ruled by BJP, have already enacted similar laws.

Rupani said, “the assembly session is starting from 1st March. My government is willing to enact a strong anti-love jihad law. We will not tolerate kidnapping of Hindu girls. Women are duped into conversion. The objective of the new law will be to stop such incidents.”
