Conservative Cardinal who raised concerns about Muslim refugees leaves office !

If a cardinal is predicting the future and asks for vigilannce and precautions is treated in this manner then it is safe to assume that the safety and security of Europeans is on thin ice!

Vatican City – If muslim refugees are permitted free entry into Europe in large numbers then very soon the entire world will be under attack by Islamists. These were the comments made by seventy five year old Cardinal Robert Sarah in 2019, who suggested that the Vatican City must intervene. He was recently ‘allowed to retire’ from his post by Pope Francis. Cardinal Robert Sarah was the head of the Vatican’s liturgy department.

The Guinean Cardinal had, over the past twenty years, served in many important positions in the Vatican Church. It is pertinent to mention that going by the prevailing church laws no priest can continue to be in service beyond the age of seventy five years. However, quite a few continue to do so with influence and permission of the Pope. While no official explanation has come forth, it is being surmised that Cardinal Sarah’s outspoken conservative views (especially on Muslim migrants) were at odds with the Pope’s outlook for the Church’s future which led to Cardinal Sarah being ‘allowed to retire’.
