Moreover, the court cited if all the subordinate courts pass the same verdict then its superior court should cautiously intervene in the appeal. If all the cases are examined at a microscopic level, then we won’t be able to complete our legal duty which this judiciary expects from us. Supreme Court should adhere to certain defined principles. The bench said it will not be proper to interfere with the concurrent findings of three courts; and that this process should have an end.
