Aurangabad (Maharashtra) – On the night of 10th August, some unknown assailants had fired shots at the member of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad in  Prayagraj  – Adv. Abhishek Shukla. The victim was severely injured during this attack. Adv. Shukla is a designated Joint Secretary at Allahabad High Court’s Bar Association. Member of the Parishad H.H. (Adv.) Suresh Kulkarni, in his letter to UP’s Chief Secretary had appealed to provide the Police protection to Adv. Shukla and demanded the arrest of the assailants. As a response to this letter after almost 2 months, Prayagraj SP Shailendra Dwivedi had a telephonic conversation with H.H. (Adv.) Kulkarni on 10th October. SP Dwivedi informed about  providing the Police protection to Adv. Shukla where one constable was assigned for a month, and also notified about the arrest of one of the assailants.
