Legal notice sent to daily newspaper ‘Loksatta’ by Nilesh Sangolkar, Organiser Advocate of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad

Pandharapur (Maharashtra) – The Supreme Court had given the clear verdict that the disputed land of Ayodhya is ‘Ramjanmabhoomi’; despite this, the daily newspaper ‘Loksatta’ has hurt the sentiments of all the devotees of Ram, by deliberately saying that, ‘this is the site of Babri masjid’, in the 19th July issue. This statute also brings to notice that the decision of the Supreme Court of the country is not valid. Hence, in protest against the editor, printer and publisher of daily ‘Loksatta’, the Organiser Advocate of the Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad, Nilesh Appasahab Sangolkar, has sent a legal notice on 21st July, 2020, asking, ‘on the basis of which evidence did you publish this news and who is to be blamed in this process ?’ Advocate Sangolkar has asked for written disclosure about it and immediate public apology via news and social media. Along with this, what action has been taken against the culprits who had deliberately made such statement. Disclosure of this is also written in the notice and he has also warned that if the demand is not fulfilled within 8 days, from the receipt of the notice, they will have to face further legal proceedings.
