Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) – A 52-year-old Padre (Christian priest) from Kerala, Robin Vaddakamcheri, has been punished to 20 years in jail for raping a minor girl and impregnating her. The accused person has appealed before the High Court and sought permission for marrying the victim. On the other hand, the victim has also filed a petition to the court, that she is ready to enter into a wedlock with the accused. In this context, the Court has instructed the Police department to submit their report.
