For the past several days, Kamruddin, a resident of Hadapsar, had allegedly been harassing the victim. As a result, she had stopped stepping out of her house. Kamruddin therefore forcibly entered her house and abducted her. When the victim’s parents tried to save their daughter, he pointed a pistol at them and threatened to kill them. He assaulted the girl’s mother, hurled obscene abuses at her, and pushed her elderly grandfather.
