Dhandhuka (Gujarat): Hindu youth murdered over a minor dispute

Karnavati (Gujarat) – A Hindu youth named Dharmesh Gamara was stabbed to death by Muslims following a dispute related to a two-wheeler in Dhandhuka. After the incident, an enraged mob launched a violent protest against the murder. During this time, both sides engaged in stone-pelting at each other. In several areas, vehicles and shops were set on fire.

The police had to make considerable efforts to bring the situation under control. At present, tension prevails in the area, and a large police force has been deployed to maintain law and order. Citizens are being appealed to maintain peace. The police have arrested the Muslim accused in the murder, and efforts are ongoing to detain other suspects involved in the case.
