Corporate Jihad in TCS Nashik: Fanatic Muslims insult Hindu Deities, pressurize Hindu girls to convert

Nashik – In the Nashik office of renowned IT firm Tata Consultancy Services, along with sexual harassment, female employees were being forced to wear burqas and offer namaz. The accused also insulted Hindu Deities using foul language.

1. A 25-year-old victim Hindu woman said that in May 2025, she had observed a fast on Monday. Accused Tausif saw the idol of Mahadev on her table and asked, ‘Do Hindu gods really exist ? If Parvati gave birth to Ganesh, why didn’t she know about it ?’ He made fun of Hindu Dharma by saying such things. He also said that ‘Brahma did wrong things with his daughter. Krishna married 16 thousand women, this shows what kind of God Krishna was.’

2. According to another victim’s complaint, the accused Tausif used to constantly tell her that Islam is superior and belittle Hindu Dharma. ‘The gods of Hindus are visible; hence they are fake, the real God is invisible,’ he said. In December 2025, the victim was drinking buttermilk after lunch. Religious fanatic Tausif asked her, “I also have buttermilk. Would you like to drink it ?” At this time, he pointed to his private part.

3. The husband of a victim lives in Pune. She said that accused Raza Memon used to ask her, ‘Why are you not living with your husband ? Where did you go for honeymoon ? What did you do there and how ?’ Asif Ansari placed his hand on her thigh during lunch and said, ‘If you need physical pleasure, tell me, I will give you.’

4. One of the victims said that Shafi Sheikh would come close to her on the pretext of work and rub his feet against hers. He would bring his face close and touch her. Accused Tausif Attar would talk about her private parts in an obscene manner. He would stare at her private parts.

Former manager Ashwini Chenani’s objectionable conversation with the accused

Former manager Ashwini Chenani had offensive conversations with Tausif Attar 38 times, Danish Sheikh once and Raza Memon 22 times. When the girls complained to the company, Ashwini suppressed the complaints.

Shameful behaviour of religious fanatic Tausif Attar

Tausif would deliberately approach Hindu women employees and talk to them about their personal lives. He would ask if they had a boyfriend and wink at them in the office.

Horrific experience of a woman victim

A victim woman working in this company shared her experience. ‘When I used to work here, I was asked to work alone on the roof of the building. My mobile phone was always checked. Whenever I went to the washroom or anywhere else, the security guard would keep my bag, mobile phone and other belongings with him. The female employees were systematically converted and exploited. They were forced to convert. The company targeted female employees in the age group of 20 to 25 years.

It was easier to trap women of this age into conversion. Since the manager was also involved, these incidents could not be revealed. Since I was placed on the roof for work, I was not dragged into this trap. Perhaps if I had been sitting in the office, I would have also been exploited. I have been working here for the last 6 years; but still I am alive, I thank God for that. Some female employees were kept waiting even after office hours. They pretended that work was going on in the office; but the behaviour of the male employees and the women waiting in office seemed suspicious. There was a systematic attempt to mentally harass the female employees,’ she added.

‘They used to say, Love and marry Hindu girls. Convert them to Islam,’ said one of the victim employees.

12-member ‘Special Investigation Team’ formed for the investigation

Nashik Police has formed a 12-member ‘Special Investigation Team’ to investigate the case. So far, a total of 7 people have been arrested from this company, namely Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh and Ashwini Chenani. Tausif Attar and Nida Khan are the main perpetrators of this case. Tausif was targeting other workers, while Nida was knowingly helping him.

Muslim woman officer deliberately disregards 78 complaints of victims

According to the information given by the victim women, Nida Khan used to ignore their complaints. She used to befriend the female employees and tell them how it is right to offer namaz. She used to emphasize how Islamic customs are great. The victims had sent 78 emails to Nida Khan regarding sexual harassment; but she did not take any note of these.
