Drunk youth abuses and assaults Mumbai Police constable in Sakinaka

Mumbai – In the Sakinaka area of Mumbai, a drunk youth, Prashant Ingle, abused and assaulted a police constable on duty. He has been taken into custody in connection with the incident, and a case has been registered against him.

Prashant Ingle, under the influence of alcohol, was reportedly assaulting his wife. She contacted the police and informed them of the situation. When the police arrived at the scene and attempted to stop him, Ingle attacked the on-duty constable. He also snatched the constable’s walkie-talkie. The accused is currently under investigation.

It is deeply shameful for the Mumbai Police that officers, who are expected to command authority and deterrence, are being assaulted even by a drunk individual. When will the Mumbai Police build such a strong reputation that no one dares to raise a hand against them ?
