Nagpur – 15 gelatines and 58 live detonators were found in a residence in the Dosar Bhawan area in Ganesh Peth here. Those explosives were found in the courtyard of Ujjwal Lanjewar, the former director of G.S. College. The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters is 4 kilometres away from the place where they found the explosives. Considering the seriousness of the situation, the police closed all the nearby shops.
When the Lanjewar family members found an abandoned bag in the courtyard, they opened it and saw explosive-like materials. They immediately informed the control room about this. The police sealed the entire area. At this time, during the preliminary verification, the bomb disposal squad found gelatine sticks, detonators and 8 connectors. Further investigation is going on.
