Ridiculous Statement by Karnataka Congress Chief Minister Siddaramaiah !

Davangere (Karnataka) – “Our Hindutva is that of Mahatma Gandhi, whereas the BJP’s Hindutva is that of Nathuram Godse. We work to unite society on the basis of Gandhi’s Hindutva, while the BJP works to divide society on the basis of Godse’s Hindutva,” said Karnataka Congress Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. (If it is said that the Congress, by promoting Gandhi’s so-called Hindutva, led the nation into decline across all sectors during its 55 years in power at the Centre, it would not be incorrect! – Editor.) He was speaking at an election rally in Davangere.

BJP comes to power in the name of Hindutva and indulges in corruption!

Siddaramaiah stated that BJP leaders come to power by invoking Hindutva. Once in power, they do nothing but indulge in plunder. When the BJP was previously in power in the state, they carried out no development works. The Congress is the party that secured India’s independence. BJP leaders have never gone to jail for the nation. They rank number one in corruption. They have never come to power with the full mandate of the people. They came to power through the backdoor via “Operation Kamala” (poaching MLAs from other parties). When we are in power, we carry out development works. (Congress’s idea of development is to squander resources on Muslims, provide them with all kinds of facilities, refrain from taking action against criminal Muslims, and persecute pro-Hindutva individuals! – Editor.)

“Are we not Hindus?” – Siddaramaiah’s question

Merely being born a Hindu or having names of deities does not make one a Hindu. A true Hindu is one who dedicates body, mind, wealth, and even life, if necessary, for Dharma. Has Congress or Siddaramaiah ever done even one of these? On the contrary, the extent of harm inflicted on Hindu Dharma by Congress and its leaders has no parallel in history!

Siddaramaiah asked, “Am I not a Hindu? Are the leaders present on this stage not Hindus? My very name is Siddaramaiah. It contains the names of two deities—one is Ishwar and the other is Ram. Even then, are we not Hindus?” (If Siddaramaiah and Congress leaders were truly Hindus, they would not have committed atrocities against Hindus! – Editor.)

  • No one can support the assassination of Gandhi by Pandit Nathuram Godse. However, the fact that Pandit Nathuram Godse was a staunch nationalist and deeply committed to Hindutva is also something that Hindus believe cannot be denied.
