Entrance will be allowed after a year after the sand, that was filled inside the sanctum sanctorum, is removed

Now the Archaeological Survey of India and ‘IIT Madras’ have given the job of removing this sand to a team of 30 specialists.
It will take them 3 months to completely remove, this sand. A year later the devotees will be enter this historical Temple for the first time.
More than 35 lakh tourists annually visit this, historical Temple. It stands at the second place after the Taj Mahal; as the favourite Heritage site of the tourists.
