Ramnathi (Goa) – “Immersed in the form and colour of Shriram, this is the very opportunity for His Divine darshan, this indeed is the very opportunity for His darshan.” These lines from a bhajan of Param Pujya Bhaktaraj Maharaj, the revered spiritual inspiration of Sanatan Sanstha, were experienced ‘with this very body and these very eyes’ by all seekers in the Sanatan Ashram.

Shrimad Vidyadhish Tirtha Shripad Vader Swamiji, the 24th revered Pithadhipati of the ancient (550-year-old) Shri Sansthan Gokarna Partagali Jivottam Muth of Goa and an ardent devotee of Shriram, bestowed the auspicious touch of his holy feet upon Sanatan’s Ashram here. On this sacred occasion, Sanatan’s Saint Pujya Pruthviraj Hazare offered him a heartfelt welcome. Pujya Swamiji took keen and affectionate interest in understanding the Dharma propagation activities being undertaken through the Ashram. After seeing the Ashram, Pujya Swamiji imparted invaluable guidance to the seekers while explaining the importance of devotion to God.

Pujya Swamiji said that Ram Rajya must first be established in every home. When that happens, Ram Rajya will be established in all States and throughout the nation.

Virendra Marathe, Managing Trustee of Sanatan Sanstha, visited Pujya Swamiji at his Muth at Shri Ramnath Devasthan and requested him to visit Sanatan Ashram. On the evening of 17 February, in an auspicious environment, seekers standing on both sides of the Ashram entrance welcomed Pujya Swamiji. Sanatan seeker Girijay Prabhudesai performed padyapuja of Pujya Swamiji. Thereafter, Chetan Rajhans, National Spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha, and Sanatan seeker Nishad Deshmukh apprised Pujya Swamiji about the Nation and Dharma awareness activities being carried out in the Ashram. Pujya Swamiji learned about Sanatan Sanstha’s propagation work with warmth and curiosity. Pujya Swamiji gave invaluable guidance to the seekers regarding spiritual practice. With his auspicious hands, he distributed prasad to the seekers present. Bharatacharya Pujya (Prof) S G Shevde also graced the occasion with his revered presence. Accompanying Pujya Swamiji were Vallabh Kunkallikar, President of Shri Ramnath Devasthan Committee; Advocate Rajesh Talavalikar, Legal Advisor to the Committee; Committee members Sanjeev Bale and Rudra Kapdi; as well as Guruji Santosh Acharya and Vasant Acharya of Shri Sansthan Gokarna Partagali Jivottam Muth.

Pujya Swamiji gathered detailed information about the activities of the Sanatan Prabhat media group with great interest and curiosity. He inquired about the languages in which Sanatan Prabhat is published, its printing and distribution processes, and how seekers render selfless service. After understanding these aspects in detail, he blessed the seekers. He also interacted with the Group Editor of Sanatan Prabhat, Yogesh Jaltare and the Deputy Editor of Kannada Sanatan Prabhat, Prashant Harihar.

After the Ashram visit, Swamiji guided the seekers. At the beginning of the ceremony, the padukas of Swamiji’s Guru and the 23rd revered Pithadhipati of Shri Sansthan Gokarna Partagali Jivottam Muth, Shrimad Vidyadhiraj Tirtha Swamiji, were worshipped according to the Dharma Shastras by the Sanatan seeker couple, Dr Pandurang Marathe and Sou. Mangala Pandurang Marathe, amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras. They also performed the pancharati of Shrimad Vidyadhish Tirtha Shripad Vader Swamiji.

Thereafter, Sanatan’s Saint Pujya Pruthviraj Hazare performed a heartfelt felicitation of Shrimad Vidyadhish Tirtha Shripad Vader Swamiji. All the office bearers of Shri Ramnath Devasthan were also honoured with shriphal and gifts. On this occasion, Pujya Swamiji guided the seekers present and distributed prasad to each seeker.

While blessing the seekers, Pujya Swamiji said:

1. Sanatan Sanstha is committed to the propagation of Dharma

Sanatan Sanstha is firmly committed to the propagation of Dharma. This generates contentment in life. Life can be lived in two ways — one by seeking happiness for oneself and the other by giving happiness to others. Sanatan Dharma teaches us to strive to give happiness to others. Sanatan Sanstha too is performing the great task of creating awareness in society and striving to generate happiness in society.

2. Remain dedicated to giving happiness to others

Through an instructive story, Pujya Swamiji explained how one should think of others. He conveyed that we must strive to consider others and make efforts to give them happiness. Do not live merely for your own name, but live for others — this was his message.

3. No one troubles a devotee of God

In worldly life, if a District Magistrate or a Police Commissioner is acquainted with someone, no one troubles such a person. Similarly, if a seeker is devoted to God, no one dares to harass such a seeker. If a seeker is troubled and he prays to God, “Protect me,” then while protecting him, God punishes the one who harms him. Therefore, no one troubles a devotee of God.

Explaining another beautiful story, Pujya Swamiji firmly impressed upon the seekers that if they increase their devotion to God, God Himself protects them.

4. Seekers, increase your attachment to the Holy feet of God

Seekers should constantly strive to remain close to God. Increase your attachment to the Holy feet of God. When heartfelt devotion towards God awakens, the difficulties in life are resolved. It also enhances others’ positivity towards you. May God’s grace and blessings always remain upon the seekers. I pray at the Holy feet of Shriram and Shri Veervitthal that their sufferings be removed.

Shri Sansthan Gokarna Partagali Jivottam Muth has recently completed 550 years. On this occasion, on 28 November 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a grand 77-foot-tall bronze statue of Shriram in the Muth premises. Thousands of devotees from Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka and other places were present at this programme.
