Tipu’s army consisted of Brahmin officers too : Shan-e-Hind, Deputy Mayor, Malegaon

To cover up her treasonous behaviour, Malegaon Deputy Mayor uses the Constitution and highlights her caste

Malegaon (Dist. Nashik) – After receiving massive criticism from all sides for glorifying tyrant Tipu Sultan, Malegaon Deputy Mayor Shan-e-Hind has now started another rant. She tried to give a caste twist to the controversy by saying, ‘I am being targeted because I am an OBC’. Also, by making an illogical claim that ‘there were many Brahmin officers in Tipu’s army’, she tried to divide the Hindu community and glorify Tipu’s atrocities. (Hindus should now recognize the cunning Muslims – Editor).

Deputy Mayor’s ridiculous claims Vs reality

Deputy Mayor Shan-e-Hind claimed that Tipu is mentioned in the Constitution. (Just because there are some pictures of Tipu on the original copy of the Constitution, it does not mean that Tipu’s fanatic acts can be approved. Using the Constitution as a basis to glorify anti-Hindus is pure cunningness – Editor). She defended her decision to put up Tipu’s picture in her office by saying that ‘after the picture was displayed in my office, many people came to know about Tipu’s work’. (Deputy Mayor Shan-e-Hind first glorified tyrant Tipu Sultan and has the audacity to justify it with such claims – Editor).

Editorial Perspectives

  • Tipu massacred Namboodiri Brahmins and other Hindus in the States of Kerala and Karnataka. Deputy Mayor is trying to hide historical facts.
  • Glorifying Tipu Sultan, who persecuted Hindus, is indeed a crime. Now, to defend herself, she is claiming to be an ‘OBC’ and trying to create a ‘Brahmin-Non-Brahmin’ dispute in Hindu community. This is an old policy of religious fanatics. Therefore, Hindus should beware of such casteist religious fanatics and unite to protect Dharma.
