‘Hindu Rashtra Jagruti Sabha’ successfully concluded in Puttur (Karnataka) despite opposition from SDPI

(‘SDPI’ stands for Social Democratic Party of India)

Puttur (Karnataka) – The ‘Hindu Rashtra Jagruti Sabha’ organized on February 15th at the Ramgiri Shri Ram Bhajan Mandir in Kumbra was successfully held despite strong opposition from the SDPI, the political wing of banned Jihadi organization ‘Popular Front of India’. The party’s Kumbra Block Committee had expressed strong opposition to the meeting alleging that it was against the Constitution and could potentially spread hatred in society.

A delegation led by the committee’s chairman Riyaz Balakk met the Sampya Rural Police Station officials. A complaint was filed demanding that the permission given to the event be revoked and legal action be taken against the organizers. The complaint stated that ‘India is a secular nation and promoting the concept of a nation limited to a particular religion is an anti-national act’. (Please note that religious fanatics conveniently recall that India is a secular country when they have to oppose Hindus – Editor).

Meeting held despite opposition

Despite opposition, the meeting was held on time. Speaking at the meeting, the coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Vijaykumar, said, “Hindu Rashtra is the concept of a nation of sattvik people. It has become a routine for some people to create obstacles in such meetings held for religious awareness. The work we are doing is the work of protecting Dharma with the blessings of Deity Krishna. This work will always be protected by the God.”

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has held more than 2,000 meetings across the country in the last 20 years and has created awareness among more than 2 million people. All this work is being done within the framework of the law. Therefore, it is not possible to stop such meetings, clarified Vijaykumar on this occasion.

SDPI also opposes the meeting in Bantwal to be held on February 22nd

On February 22nd, a ‘Hindu Rashtra Jagruti Sabha’ has been organized by the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti in the auditorium of Shri Garud Mahakali Temple in Arala area of Bantwal. SDPI has also opposed this meeting.

Editorial Perspective

SDPI is a fanatic, fundamentalist and anti-national political organization. The question is why it has not been banned yet.
