Washington DC (USA) – Europe cannot defend itself without the USA. If they really want to do it alone, they will have to increase their defense spending by 10%. They will have to build nuclear capabilities, which will cost billions of rupees, said NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. Currently, the total contribution of European countries to NATO spending is only 30%, which is an average of 2% of their GDP (gross domestic product), Rutte added.
Rutte supported Trump’s strategy to protect the Arctic region and Greenland. He said that Trump is doing a very good job. I know that this has angered a lot of people.
