A new case of ‘love jihad’ has come to light in Gujarat !
Valsad (Gujarat) – It has come to light that a 17-year-old Hindu girl was kidnapped by a Muslim youth named Osama in Valsad district of south Gujarat. The victim’s father has lodged a complaint against Osama Bakhtian at Dharampur police station. The police have registered a case of kidnapping and started investigation.
1.The victim’s father said in the complaint that Osama has kidnapped his minor daughter on the pretext of marriage. The girl’s family met the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Valsad district, for immediate action.
2.The police have registered a case under section 137(2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for kidnapping and section 87 of kidnapping a girl on the pretext of marriage. “Our main objective is to find the girl and hand her over safely to her family,” the police told the media.
