Indians will face attacks in the US in 2026: Matt Forney

  • American journalist Matt Forney claims

  • Post deleted from social media after backlash

Washington DC (USA) – American journalist and social activist Matt Forney had posted on social media claiming that in 2026, Indian hatred will hit a boiling point in the form of anti-Indian attacks. Indians will be racially singled out for violence, Indian-owned businesses will be vandalised, Hindu temples will be hit with bombings and mass shootings. However, he deleted this post after it sparked controversy and backlash.

Deport Every Indian

Forney had further stated, ‘For their own safety, we must DEI: Deport Every Indian’.

Forney claimed that perpetrators will be black, Latino, or Pakistani, not white, which will lead the media to cover up hate crimes they would otherwise eagerly blame on MAGA and Trump. According to him, “There is only one solution to this problem—deporting Indians from United States.”

Anti-Indian mindset

Matt Forney is an American columnist and journalist. His account on X (formerly Twitter) frequently contains posts spreading hatred against Indians and calling for their deportation. Recently, he was dismissed from the American media outlet The Blaze. He had been appointed there to report on topics related to the H-1B visa programme and Indians.

Offensive post about Indian-origin Kruti Patel Goyal

Forney recently made an objectionable comment about Indian-American citizen Kruti Patel Goyal, who has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Etsy. He wrote offensively, “Another unqualified Indian has taken charge of an American institution. I can say with certainty that the first step of such institutions is to remove every American and replace them with Indians. Send these Indians back.”

Editorial Perspectives

  • The possibility of attacks on Indians—meaning Hindus—not only in Islamic countries but even in the United States, reflects the absence of fear or deterrence associated with India.
  • Why does the US government not take action against such journalists?
