India should declare ‘Hamas’ a terrorist organisation : Israel’s demand

Hamas is growing closer to Lashkar-e-Taiba

Tel Aviv (Israel) – Israel has demanded that India declare Hamas as a terrorist organisation. Israel stated that the increasing closeness between Hamas and Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba is dangerous for the security of both India and Israel.

An official from Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said at a press conference that Israel has already banned Lashkar-e-Taiba, and it is expected that India should also impose a ban on Hamas. The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and several other countries have already designated Hamas as a terrorist organization.
