No terrorist can exist without government support; arrogant remark by the wife of suspected terrorist Abidi

A reporter from the news channel TV9 interviewed the wife of the suspect Abidi at the house where the raid was conducted. When the journalist asked her, “It has been revealed that Abidi has links with Al-Qaeda. What do you say about that ?” She responded arrogantly, saying, “Al-Qaeda is dead. Does Al-Qaeda even exist anymore ? Tell me—does it exist or not ? I’m asking you ! All terrorists have government backing. If we were among them, we too would have government support. We are innocent people. We have no connection to this. If there were any, wouldn’t something have been found in our house ? This allegation is false. He was a lecturer at Sabu Siddique College. After 35 years of service, he is now retired.”
