Congress leader and municipal corporator Anwar Quadri dismissed for providing funds for ‘Love Jihad’

Ban for 5 years for contesting election

Indore, Madhya Pradesh – Anwar Quadri, a municipal corporator, arrested in a case of ‘Love Jihad’ has been dismissed for five years from his post and he will not be able to contest any election. Municipal Commissioner Sudam Khade has issued an order in this context. Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav had recommended his dismissal from the post, considering the serious offences registered against Quadri. There are 23 cases filed against him in different Police Stations which include murder, attempt of murder, violation of Arms Act, and clauses of ‘Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act’.

Money provided to trap Hindu girls

Anwar Quadri used to provide money to Muslim young men to trap Hindu girls; therefore, there have been allegations against him of funding ‘Love Jihad’ activities.

Such people should be sentenced to life imprisonment.
