Illegal construction of a Govt building on the land of an ancient Shiv temple

Chennai – In the Pudupalayam area of the Tiruvannamalai district in Tamil Nadu, illegal construction of a Government building is underway on the land of an ancient Shiv temple. Locals have submitted a petition with signatures to the district authorities demanding that this illegal construction be stopped. Earlier, two petitions had been submitted to the administrators here; but Government has not given any response so far.
