If the meeting between Pakistan and the Taliban Government in Afghanistan fails, there will be war !

Islamabad (Pakistan) – Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has directly threatened the Taliban Government in Afghanistan with war. This threat was issued just hours before the scheduled meeting between the delegations of Pakistan and Afghanistan in Istanbul (Türkiye). During a televised interview, when Asif was asked, “What will happen if no resolution is reached in the meeting with the Taliban?”, he bluntly replied, “If the meeting fails, then there will be war.” This statement has further escalated tensions between the two countries.

Asif accused the Taliban Government of sheltering terrorists and refusing to act against those who attack Pakistan. The Taliban, however, has denied these allegations and condemned Pakistan for carrying out drone attacks on Afghan citizens. In turn, the Taliban has accused Pakistan of providing refuge to Islamic State terrorists.

Editorial Perspective

Pakistan has become a nation that remains disturbed itself and spreads unrest to others. The only solution left is to end its very existence.
