
New Delhi – Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi said on Tuesday that today there are many types of threats in the world and they are changing rapidly. In such a situation, no country can remain safe alone. Now everyone will have to work together. He said – Collaborative innovation in the defence sector is the strongest security shield.
General Dwivedi was speaking on Tuesday at the ‘India Defence Conclave 2025’ held in Delhi. Senior army officers, defence experts, and industry leaders participated in this event. During this, the Army Chief said, “The army is now rapidly advancing in areas like drone warfare, quantum technology, 6G, and space missions. We are working on technologies that are useful in both civilian and military applications”.

1. General Dwivedi said that, War will depend on the ability to transform ideas into power. In the coming times, war will not be limited to a single method or region. Future wars will depend on how quickly we can transform our ideas into real power and capability. Reaching from idea to capability means moving from dependence to self-reliance, and then from self-reliance to power.
2. He clarified that, the land is the true measure of victory. Of course, the method of warfare has changed, and conflicts are no longer limited to borders. But no matter what the war is like, in the end, land is the true measure of victory; it determines real success.
