Permission granted to RSS for its March at Chittapur in November

Anti-RSS Congress denying permission to RSS to hold its march has been shaken by Karnataka High Court

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – Karnataka High Court has granted permission to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to conduct a march at Chittapur on 02.11.2025. The local administration had denied such permission and RSS convener Ashok Patil from Kalaburagi filed a petition challenging the Government’s decision.

1. The local administration had stated that the march could create law and order problems since the organisations like ‘Bheem Army’ and ‘Bharatiya Dalit Panther’ had also planned similar marches but were denied permission.

2. Mr Patil’s advocate reported that all the doubts raised by the officers have been clarified and similar programmes have been successfully and peacefully held earlier in other parts of the State.

3. State CM Siddaramaiah claimed, it was only advised that all organisations were required to take permission. This rule was implemented during BJP’s regime when Jagadish Shettar was the chief minister. We have just reiterated the same. Why did the BJP not oppose it at that time ? (Editorial Perspective : When the RSS had merely sought permission and it was the administration that denied it, the Chief Minister’s ridiculous response in such a case clearly shows what kind of governance he is running ! )

Editorial Perspective

The Congress still hasn’t realised that despite repeatedly trying to secure votes of progressives and Muslims by fuelling hatred against the RSS, the people of this country have already dethroned it from power — yet it continues to repeat the same mistake again and again !
