Pakistan proposes to US to build a port in the Arabian Sea in Balochistan

London (Britain) – After the meeting of Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir with Donald Trump, Pakistan has proposed to the United States to build a new port in the Arabian Sea. This is not just a port project, but is considered a symbol of Pakistan’s new foreign policy and changing relationship with the US. The details of this entire plan have been given in a report in the Financial Times in London. Accordingly, Pakistan has suggested to US investors to build and operate a port in Pasni in Balochistan. After the Gwadar port there, Pasni will now become the new center of Pakistan’s economy and geopolitics.

The main objective of this plan is to provide the US with easy access to important mineral resources in Pakistan. Pasni is located in the Gwadar district of Balochistan province. This area is of immense strategic importance; as it borders Iran and Afghanistan. The Pasni port is not for any US military base but is part of a plan to raise funds for the development of a railway network connecting the mineral-rich provinces of West Pakistan.

Editorial Perspective

It is evident from the new decisions taken by the enemy country Pakistan that it is reaping the benefits of US decision to distance itself from India. Due to this, it is unfortunately time to say that Pakistan is smarter than India in terms of strategy.
