If Pakistan finds time between bombing its own people, it should focus on fixing its economy

India mocks Pakistan at United Nations Human Rights Council

Indian Ambassador Kshitij Tyagi

New York (USA) – Pakistan should first focus on reviving its economy, which is currently on ‘ventilator’ support. Perhaps when it finds time between bombing its own citizens, it may begin paying attention to its economic collapse—India mocked Pakistan in scathing terms at the United Nations Security Council. On the night of 21.9.2025, Pakistan’s Air Force had bombed a village in its own Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, killing 30 and injuring many. Pakistan claimed the attack targeted Taliban terrorists present in the village.

India’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Kshitij Tyagi, stated that a delegation at the United Nations platform was misusing the forum by making baseless and provocative remarks against India. Instead of salivating over Indian territories, it would be far better if they vacated the illegally occupied Indian land and focused on salvaging their crumbling systems, shattered by economic ruin and military overreach—on the bare minimum of survival needs.

Editorial Perspective

No matter how many verbal blows are dealt to shameless Pakistan, they have no effect, and never will. It is time to speak to Pak in the language it understands.
