Divine darshan of the 1,000-year-old Shivalinga at Somnath

Mr Darshak Hathi, a representative of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of the Art of Living organisation brought the original Shivalinga from Sorti Somnath, which is 1,000 years old, to the stage. When the Shivalinga was brought to the stage, the dignitaries present on the platform including Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale took darshan of it. Mr Darshak Hathi specifically showed this Shivalinga to Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr)Athavale.

Mr Chavhanke, who spontaneously informed Gurudev about the characteristics of Shivalinga, as well as Chief Minister Hon.Pramod Sawant, who curiously learned about it.

The Shivalinga of Sorati Somnath used to remain dormant due to magnetic energy at that time. At that time, the chief of Sudarshan Vahini, Mr Suresh Chavhanke, spontaneously told Sachchidananda Parabrahman (Dr) Athavale about it and asked Him to demonstrate magnetic energy there.
