Karnataka Congress Government’s decision to grant 4% reservation to Muslims in Government contracts

Bill to be introduced in the Assembly

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – The Congress Government in Karnataka has decided to provide 4% reservation to Muslims in Government contracts. In a cabinet meeting led by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, approval was granted to introduce a bill regarding this decision. The bill is expected to be presented in the ongoing Assembly session.

Editorial Perspective

Congress has been appeasing Muslims in every possible way since the rise of Mohandas Gandhi, and this continues even today. As long as India is not free from Congress, such decisions will keep being made despite having a secular Constitution.
