1.Earlier in April 2023, the fuel tank of a Pakistani Air Force fighter jet had fallen in the mountainous area of Rawalpindi. In 1997, six people were killed when a plane’s fuel tank landed in a residential area of Karachi. Questions have been raised about the technical system of Pakistan Air Force aircraft before.
2.China is going to give its most advanced fighter jet ‘J-35’ to Pakistan; but now the question is, will Pakistan trust China after having experienced the fuel tank falling off from the aircraft bought from China ?
Editorial PerspectiveAll countries have experienced the poor quality of Chinese goods many times. Nepal had to scrap the aircraft it bought from China. Pakistan will also face the same situation. This shows how qualified and reliable China is in technology. |
