Pune, 27th February – Mughals had planned to destroy temples of Hindus which were their places of worship so that it would destroy their culture. The next step to it is ‘Land Jihad’ under which they are grabbing Hindus’ lands and building mosques by demolishing temples. The court has, however, done justice to us. We can, therefore, say that the pen is mightier than the sword, in prevailing times. Restoration of temples is a divine task and everyone should join this work, appealed Vishnu Shankar Jain, a practising advocate in the Supreme Court. On 26th February i.e. Swatantryaveer (Swa) Vinayak Damodar Savarkar’s ‘Atmarpan (self-sacrifice day)’, the award-giving programme for 2025 was held by ‘Swatantryaveer Savarkar Mandal (SSM) ’ in Nigdi Pradhikaran area at Ga Di Madgulkar Theatre. ‘Padmashree’ awardee and a senior advocate Ujjwal Nikam presented the award in the form of a medal and Rs 1 lakh to advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain to felicitate his work. Ms Kadabe, a devout Hindu social activist, was presented a medal and Rs 51, 000/-. The representatives of SSM welcomed advocate Ujjwal Nikam with a medal and a picture-frame of Swa Savarkar.

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain stated further, “We are going to fight till our last breath for the protection of Dharma. We are fighting the case of even Gyanvapi and Mathura; besides the case of Devi Saraswati Mata temple at Bhoj in Madhya Pradesh. It was the last wish of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to free Gyanvapi; therefore, we are fighting these cases.

Time changes when we perform constant spiritual practice

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain further stated that fighting the ‘Ramajanmabhoomi’ case was a curse till a few years ago but time changes when one regularly practises spirituality. It is wrong to give five acres of land at Ayodhya to Muslims to build a mosque since they are once again hatching a plot to destroy the temple. I visited Shaniwar Wada a few days ago. I saw a picture of undivided Hindustan displayed there but which was in a broken state. Undivided Hindustan was the dream of Swa. Savarkar and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. We should try to again bring that picture in good condition. I received enormous energy on visiting the ‘Samadhi’ of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and it is helping me to work for the protection of Dharma with doubled enthusiasm.

Muslim invaders converted Hindu temples into mosques. It is our responsibility to get back those temples which were demolished to build mosques. All citizens should unite to save Hindu Dharma. Muslim young men are deceiving about 2 lakh young women every year through ‘Love Jihad’. Muslims take false Hindu names, give false information about their earning livelihood to Hindu girls and create close contacts with them. It is a religious war. Love Jihad is an international conspiracy. It is a scheme to create an imbalance in population. This condition can be changed if ‘Dharmashikshan’ is included in the school curriculum. Give emotional support to girls in your house. Inculcate good values in them to prevent falling prey to the conspiracy of ‘Love Jihad’. Talk to girls. Let us take this oath on the ‘Atmarpan’ day of Swa. Savarkar as it will be a true homage to him.

There is no proper communication between parents and children nowadays which is one of the reasons for increasing incidents of ‘Love Jihad’. Observing good moral values is also the responsibility of parents. The film ‘Chhava’ boldly shows the true history of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Many people outside Maharashtra do not know his history. He has set an example by sacrificing his life for Hindu Dharma and invoked patriotism in people; therefore, the film is receiving good response.

H.H. (Adv.) Hari Shankar Jain could not attend the programme due to his ill health. A video was shown during the programme on the activities carried out by him for the protection of ‘Hindutva’. H.H. Hari Shankar Jain didn’t charge anything for fighting the legal case of ‘Shriram-Janmabhoomi’. The audience spontaneously raised slogans of ‘Jai Shriram’ on hearing this.
