Washington (USA) – An Indian-origin man named Amandeep Singh has been sentenced to 25 years in prison in the United States for drunk driving and crushing two children to death. He was driving at a speed of 150 km/hr while intoxicated. 36-year-old Amandeep Singh was working as a project manager in a construction company. Amandeep apologised for his actions in court. The accident took place on Long Island, New York, in May 2023. Two 14-year-old children died in the accident.
