Indian soldier arrested for spying for Pakistan

Provided confidential information for Rs 15 lakh

Amritsar (Punjab) – Indian Army Naik Sandeep Singh, currently posted at an army camp in Nashik, has been arrested in connection with the case of spying for Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence). Three mobile phones were seized from him. Through these phones, he was sending confidential information to ISI. For this, he had taken Rs 15 lakh.

Sandeep Singh, a resident of Sardulgarh in Patiala, had joined the army in 2015. In the last 2 years, Sandeep Singh had sent photographs of various military camps in Jammu, Punjab and Nashik, as well as information about the deployment of weapons and officers, to the ISI.
