Thane, Maharashtra – “Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivers polite and dignified speeches. Even when the opposition makes accusations, he never speaks ill of them. He wakes up early in the morning, practices yoga, and begins his work. In Yogi Adityanath, I see a reflection of myself. He possesses great courage. That is why I admire both Modi and Yogi in politics,” said veteran singer Asha Bhosle.
She was speaking at the “Anandotsav Sangeet Samaroha” organised by the Swatantryaveer Seva Pratishthan. A special interview with her was conducted during the event. On this occasion, Asha Bhosle unveiled the song “Eknath Tu… Loknath Tu” to celebrate the birthday of Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Actor Abhijeet Khandkekar conducted the interview, which was attended by a large audience from Thane.
Asha Bhosle expressed,

1. Balasaheb Thackeray was my favourite politician. I was friends with him till his last moments. He built the Shivsena, just as Eknath Shinde is shaping it now. Shinde stepped forward with determination and succeeded. He has my blessings.Shinde is doing good deeds. Those who do good deeds are never forgotten.
2. I also admire MNS President Raj Thackeray for his articulate speech.Devendra Fadnavis is also my favourite leader. I consider myself fortunate to have met Veer Savarkar.
3. The microphone is like God to me. I sing every song as if it was my first.
4. Technology is like both poison and nectar. It diminishes our ability to think. You may create songs using AI with my voice, but where will you get the emotions in them ?
5. About the current generation, she said that humanity is no longer as it was before. Now everything seems to be scattered.
