Details shared during the press conference by Swami Anand Swaroop Maharaj :
1. To preserve the unity and integrity of India, declaring it a Hindu Rashtra has become necessary. The draft has been prepared by religious scholars, intellectuals, judges, and advocates.
2. In the Hindu Rashtra, the governance system will follow the principles of religious scriptures. The draft provides detailed information on what powers will be vested in whom.
3. Changes made to the Constitution after 1976, particularly the addition of the word ‘secular,’ were a blow to India’s culture. This conspiracy was designed to destroy Hindu Dharma in a predominantly Hindu nation.
4. At the time of Partition, Pakistan was created for Muslims. It was then necessary to declare a Hindu Rashtra for Hindus.
