
New Delhi – While the statement made by IIT Madras Director V. Kamakoti that cow urine has medicinal properties has created a controversy, Zoho CEO Sridhar Vembu has supported V. Kamakoti.

Vembu posted on X and said,
1. IIT Madras Director Prof. Kamakoti is a respected researcher and teacher. He has given examples of scientific research based on the benefits of cow urine. Modern science is now starting to understand the importance of traditional Hindu knowledge; but online critics are only showing their prejudices, which have no scientific basis. Prof. Kamakoti, stay strong. There is no need to bow down to this criticism.

2. Gut bacteria are an important part of the human immune system and play a major role in human physical and mental health. Therefore, the beneficial properties of cow urine and cow dung are not superstition. Modern science has now begun to agree on this.
