Aerial survey of Maha Kumbha Kshetra by CM Yogi Adityanath

8 crore devotees have so far taken holy bath at ‘Triveni Sangam’

Prayagraj – On the 7 ^th  day of Maha Kumbha, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted an aerial survey of the Kumbha area to review the arrangements in the background of ‘Mauni Amavasya’ dated 29 ^th January which is likely to draw 8-10 crore devotees to Maha Kumbha for a holy dip. In a cabinet meeting to be held on 22 ^nd January, there will be a discussion on the scheduled programmes during Prime Minister and President’s visit to Maha Kumbha. 31 lakh devotees have had bath at the ‘Triveni Sangam’ till 12 p.m. on 19 ^th January. So far, 8 crore devotees have had a holy dip here. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Maha Kumbha on 27 ^th January.

Important events at Maha Kumbha

1. Bomb rumour in Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati’s Akhada On 18 ^th January, at around 10 p.m., there was a rumour about a bomb in the Akhada of Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati which created tension in the Maha Kumbha area. Police squad reached the place as soon as they got the information. No suspicious thing was found in the Akhada during the search, and everyone was relieved.

2. Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has reached Prayagraj. He visited ‘Juna Akhada’ in Sector 18 of Maha Kumbha area and met Avadheshanand Maharaj.

3.Grand and Divine Maha Kumbha : CM Yogi Adityanath

CM Yogi Adityanath stated, “Maha Kumbha is going on in a grand and Divine manner. All are working sincerely to keep the promise given to PM Narendra Modi and following his instructions. Two holy baths on ‘Pausha Pournima’ and ‘Makar Sankranti’ are over. On ‘Mauni Amavasya’ and ‘Vasant Panchami’, more than 10 crore devotees are expected to visit Maha Kumbha. More than 7,000 organisations are participating in Maha Kumbha. We are working for their comfort and security. I am sure that we will successfully be able to hold this Maha Kumbha.”

‘YouTuber’ gets thrashed by Shri Chimte Wale Baba

Shri Chimte Wale Baba thrashed a ‘YouTuber’. Media representatives and photographers from all over the world have come to Maha Kumbha. One ‘YouTuber’ had gone to Shri Chimte Wale Baba to interview him. During the interview, he asked some objectionable questions to Baba making him angry and Baba thrashed the YouTuber. Its video has become viral on social media.
