Government appeals to VIPs and VVIPs not to visit Prayagraj on major ‘Snan’ (sacred bath) days

Decision to avoid security pressure

Prayagraj – The Uttar Pradesh Government’s compliance committee has appealed to VIPs and VVIPs not to visit the Sangam area and Prayagraj city on major snan (bathing) days, including the days of ‘Amrit Snan’. The decision has been taken to avoid pressure on the security system. January 13^th, 14^th and 29^th, as well as February 3^rd, 12^th and 26^th are major snan days. Therefore, VIPs and VVIPs have been requested not to visit during the period from January 12^th to 15^th, January 26^th to 31^st, February 2^nd to 4^th, February 11^th to 13^th, and February 25^th to 27^th.
