Muslims use obscene words while talking to women
Navi Mumbai – While the Hindu women were arranging electric lighting on the occasion of Diwali in the Panchanand building in Taloja Sector 9, some Muslim men started a fight and protested strongly to the lighting arrangement. They also used obscene language while talking to these women. The women asked these Muslims if there were no women in their house. An attempt was also made to attack the Hindu person who was filming the incident. Another Muslim alleged the Hindu women of creating a Hindu-Muslim divide in the building. A video in this regard has been circulated on social media.

Is this India or Bangladesh to not allow Hindus to put lights on Diwali ? Will the Maharashtra Police take any action on this or not?… pic.twitter.com/Vwdj4CWCjF

Reportedly, some fanatic Muslims protested because earlier, they were not allowed to celebrate Bakri Eid in the society premises. (According to the law, Qurbani cannot be offered in public places, it has to be offered only in the areas designated by the Government. Cunning Muslims are opposing Diwali lighting despite knowing this fact – Editor).
Muslim arrogance exposed through the video of the incident
It can be seen in the video that Muslim are repeatedly and firmly saying that ‘Diwali lighting cannot be done in the society premises. Do not be stubborn.’ On the other hand, Hindu women are firm on arranging Diwali lighting. When a Hindu asked if the building doesn’t look beautiful when the lights are on, Muslims continued to protest. A Muslim is seen shouting “You cannot arrange lighting. If you do, it won’t be good. I will cancel all society programmes. I have told the society chairman. It has been decided in the society meeting not to celebrate any festivals.” But Hindu women stood firm on their stand. Another Muslim tried to attack saying, “If you don’t remove the lighting, we will break it.” Overall, it can be seen, that the local Hindus are taking a soft stand, but the Muslims are not ready to listen. Among the protestors were a graduate engineer and an entrepreneur.
Distorted reporting by the mediaSome media have reported that ‘Muslims were not allowed to celebrate Bakri Eid, so they opposed Hindus to arrange Diwali lighting.’ Some have reported as ‘argument between two factions over Diwali lighting’. When some media reported reactions of Hindu women, they said, “During Bakri Eid, people were roaming around the society premises with goats. We only asked them not to slaughter the goats in this premises, which was accepted by the law.” |
