Unsolicited advice by the US in the Canada-India standoff
Washington (US) – Once again, the US has commented that India should cooperate with Canada in the investigation of the Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar’s murder. US Government spokesperson Matthew Miller said in a press conference that we had expected India to cooperate with Canada, However, since India has called back Indian diplomats it looks to be a different stand altogether. Canadian Prime Minister as well as the Police had accused an Official of the Indian High Commission in Canada for the murder of Nijjar. US commented following the expulsion of six officials of the Canada’s Embassy in India.
