Fanatics desecrate Shri Ganesh idol in Bangladesh

Chattogram (Bangladesh) – “Religious fanatic Muslims attacked and desecrated a Deity Shri Ganesh’s Idol. During this attack, some Hindus were also injured,” said officials from the ‘Bangladesh Minority Watch’ organisation.

The human rights team of ‘Bangladesh Minority Watch’ visited the scene with the assistance of local Police. They listened to the grievances of the injured Hindus and helped the Hindu victims file complaints at the Kotwali Police station. ‘Bangladesh Minority Watch’ has expressed deep concerns about the recurring attacks on Hindu religious sites across different regions. The organisation has called for the immediate arrest of those responsible for these religious attacks and urged for strict preventive measures to be enforced.
