The situation in Kolkata is more terrifying than in Dhaka

Kolkata (Bengal) – On 9thAugust 2024, a 31-year-old lady doctor was raped and brutally murdered at R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital in the city. This incident has once again brought the dire state of law and order in Kolkata, to the forefront. Thousands of doctors across the country have taken to the streets to protest against this incident. From a Hindu perspective, the situation in Kolkata, the capital of Bengal, is more dreadful than in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh which is an Islamic country. When an anti-Hindu incident occurs in Dhaka, at least the media can bring it forth. However, when something similar happens in Kolkata, many times such incidents don’t even reach the media. Some Hindu leaders in Kolkata and Dhaka shared this information with a representative of ‘Sanatan Prabhat.’ Upon investigating this plight, several horrifying incidents from the past 40 years came to light.

Editorial Perspectives

  • If this is the situation in Kolkata, the capital of Bengal, one can imagine the state of affairs in the entire Bengal State.
  • Why the Union Government does not impose the President’s Rule in Bengal for the protection of Hindus ? How many more incidents should occur before the Union Government takes a decisive action ?
  • Hindus must realise that establishing Hindu Rashtra is the only option left for their protection, and they should work towards it.
