In Bangladesh, thousands of students took to the streets on 15thAugust to mark ‘Mourning Day’. Thousands of students from various student groups protested at Shaheed Minar in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. This time, they demanded that former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina be brought back to the country and prosecuted.
